Abstract

2015 could see the reauthorization of the federal Higher Education Act, which uses federal financial aid regulations to place requirements on institutions. We will begin with an update on what might happen in federal regulations this year. We will also look at a few existing and emerging regulations (academic integrity, fraud, state authorization, accessibility) and how those might affect your academic practices. Hint: If you are following good practices, you are often in compliance anyway.
