The OLC Mastery Series Program emphasizes theory and application of research on key topics and culminates in a Recognition of Mastery in a topic. Each series consists of three workshops that help you explore relevant research and use that research to help you design an effective teaching and learning environment. OLC now offers eight Mastery Series topics: Mobile Learning, Online Science Labs, Social Media, Blended Learning, Online Nursing, Instructional Design, Quality Scorecard, Leadership in Online Learning.

Lead Presenter

Sandra Mohr (Online Learning Consortium, USA)

Sandra Mohr has worked in higher education over 15 years and currently serves as the Director of the OLC Institute. She has worked with OLC (formerly the Sloan Consortium) since 2008 in a variety of positions such as workshop facilitation, mentoring, instructional design, production, and social networking. Former work experience was gained at West Virginia University, Lesley University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Bay State College, American Public University System, University of Phoenix and Urban College of Boston. Sandra has created, developed, and facilitated online orientation programs and facilitates courses in psychology and critical thinking. Sandra has earned a B.A. in psychology and a M.S. in Community Agency Counseling from California University of PA as well as a M.A. in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from West Virginia University. She is a 2014 alumnus of the Institute for Engaged Leadership in Online Learning.
